Application Guidelines for Graduate Degrees

◦ Application deadline: February 25, 2025

◦ Submission Method:

■Send all documents as one file and send the Excel file("applicant information form") separately as an Excel file.
■Include your Full name in the email title. (Ex. 2025 GKS-G Application (NAME))
■Do not visit the embassy to submit. Send your submissions to the email address below. Only applicants who pass the documents and undergo an interview will later submit the original documents to the embassy.

◦ Notes on submission documents

■All documents must be submitted in Korean or English. If any documents are in the local language, an English translation must also be provided.
■Consular confirmation of certificates such as documents to submit no. 11, 12, 12' is only required for those who pass the interview.

For detailed eligibility criteria and restrictions, please refer to the attached guidelines.

Applicants who do not meet the eligibility criteria or fail to submit the required documents will be disqualified during the document screening process.
